Perfect for families, this Kensington home has everything you need to entertain little ones. The third bedroom is set up especially for kids, with child-sized beds and plenty of toys. Grown-ups, meanwhile, can sip sundowners on the adults-only roof terrace. Each room has vintage touches and lots of character – none more so than the cosy lounge – but what makes this pad really shine is the location. It's situated just behind the prestigious Kensington High Street, where you'll find an array of cafes, boutiques, and eateries. Also within striking distance are family favourites like the Natural History Museum, The V&A, and Kensington Gardens. Please note all stays of 8 nights or more include complimentary weekly cleaning, linen changes and replenishment of toiletries.

Local guide
About Kensington
Affluent and incredibly central, Kensington is a great base for exploring London on foot. Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park are on your doorstep and so are the Victoria and Albert, Science, and Natural History Museums. The streets are attractive and well maintained (grand, white stucco facades aplenty) and your neighbours will be a wealthy, conservative set. Lots of positives but probably not the place to let your hair down.
