Experience the beauty of the ocean with this home just a short walk from the historic Newport Pier, Mother's Bay Beach and Balboa Bay. You can take advantage of this fantastic location and go swimming, kayaking and paddleboarding or explore the array of shops and restaurants on your doorstep. You don’t need a car here unless you want one – there’s a garage for parking if you do. This home is an upside-down house with a living room, kitchen and main bedroom upstairs and two more bedrooms on the lower floor. We have to say love the glimpses of the bay from the second-floor balconies. There’s a private lushly planted patio garden too for relaxing and dining in the sunny California climate.
