This luxurious apartment is in the heart of the Arenal neighbourhood in Seville. More about the location in a while. Firstly, let’s look at the home itself. The first thing you’ll notice is the feeling of space thanks to the double-height ceilings in the impressive open-plan living room. There’s a mezzanine office area and another mezzanine in the main bedroom with seating. Please note, though, that there are only ladders to these spaces. We should also mention that the primary bedroom is at the front of the apartment, so you’ll hear a bit of street noise. There’s a popular bodega and restaurant next door. And you’ll find plenty more eateries, as well as shops, landmarks and attractions within walking distance.
