Do you have a question about this home or the local area?

Wake up to the Parisian sunrise in this light-filled apartment. The floor-to-ceiling windows show off views of the 15th arrondissement's rooftops, which you can appreciate while lounging on the sofa or working from home at the small desk. Even better is the south-facing balcony, just the spot to enjoy cocktails as the day draws to a close. Space-wise, it's not the biggest – two guests will sleep on a sofa bed and the bedroom opens onto the lounge – but the location is fantastic. You're close to the Eiffel Tower, Champ de Mars, and multiple metro stations that whisk you across Paris with ease.

Home truths

Two guests will sleep on a sofa bed in the living area, but space will likely be tight with it in use. We think this apartment is best for two.

The bedroom is separated from the living area by a glass partition wall that doesn't close.

There's a small desk in the living area if you plan to work from home.

    The kitchen lacks a microwave.

This is a lived-in home – expect some of the host's belongings to be present. As such, there may be rare occasions when the photos and description aren't quite an exact representation, but the quality should be the same.

Your host requires you to sign a digital rental agreement prior to your stay for security and insurance purposes. They'll send this after the booking is confirmed.

About Eiffel Tower

The Eiffel Tower was built for the Universal Exhibition of 1889 and has since become the symbol of the city and one of the world's most recognisable landmarks. It sits on the edge of the 7th arrondissement, a relaxed part of town, home to world-class museums like the Musée d'Orsay (Impressionist paintings galore) or Musée Rodin (home to the famous 'Thinker' sculpture), state buildings like the National Assembly, Les Invalides...

There's vintage feel to this bistro with its wooden bar and red and white tiles, but the food is refreshing such as smoked burratina and veal tartare, all washed down with a list of Italian wine.
