Check in is between 4pm and 10pm only. If your flight is delayed, you will need to notify your host as soon as possible.
The lead guest must be over 21 years old to make the booking.
While the maximum occupancy is seven guests, the apartment can only accommodate four adults and three children.
No visitors are allowed for reservations shorter than 28 days.
All guests must register their hands for biometric access at the building entrance.
Construction work is ongoing in the main lobby area and the front motor lobby – these areas are currently inaccessible to guests. Be prepared to experience some noise disturbance during your stay between between 9am and 4pm, Monday to Friday.
You'll have access to the on-site hot tub, outdoor pool and restaurants. They're shared with the building's other residents.
You can also use the building's gym, which is open from 6am to 9pm.
