Plus, your building offers a hot tub and a gym, so you're spoilt for choice when it comes to relaxing – and it's just a ten-minute drive to South Beach.

Construction work is ongoing in the front motor lobby and the main lobby. Be prepared for some noise disturbance between 9am and 4pm, Monday to Friday.
The swimming pool is currently closed, but guests will still have access to the jacuzzi, pool deck, and solarium. A limited number of passes will be available on a first-come, first-served basis for the pool at the nearby Marriott Hotel – you can request these at the DoubleTree Front Desk.
You'll have access to the on-site swimming pool, hot tub, gym, restaurants, retail lobby, and bar here. They're shared with the building's other residents and guests.
