When you first spot this terracotta-hued home nestled among the cypress trees, you could be forgiven for thinking you’d been transported to Tuscany. Set a short drive from chic Porto Cheli in the Peloponnese, this Greek villa has been designed for taking it easy. Whether you’re enjoying lunch on one of the landscaped terraces or swimming leisurely laps of the pool, days here have a relaxed rhythm. And while the house is relatively modern, it’s been styled with an eye for both comfort and character (see the timber beams and farmhouse kitchen). It even has its own small chapel, adding an extra touch of charm.
