Part of a grand villa less than 100m from the sea, this apartment puts one of the French Riviera's most glamorous stretches of coastline right on your doorstep. The light-filled living room opens onto a private terrace, and there's a communal pool screened by tall trees for when the afternoon heat peaks. The main bedroom makes a real impression – palm-print wallpaper and garden light filtering in give it a warmth that's hard to shake. The Boulevard de la Croisette and the Palais des Festivals are a fifteen-minute walk away.

At full occupancy, one guest will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area.

You'll have access to the on-site swimming pool and roof terrace here. They're shared with the building's other residents.
The swimming pool is only available for use between April and September. The pool is unsupervised, so you'll be responsible for your own safety while using it.
The Boulevard de la Croisette is about a fifteen-minute walk away. If you're visiting specifically for the Film Festival or want to be right in the heart of Cannes, bear in mind you're a little further out than the most central addresses.
