At full capacity, two guests will sleep on a sofa bed in the living area.
The only shower room here is en-suite, so guests three and four will have to access the bedroom. The toilet is separate.
There isn't a desk here, but the dining table doubles as a laptop-friendly workspace.
Parking isn't provided, but a car isn't needed in Paris. Instead of driving, explore on foot or take advantage of the city's excellent public transport.
