This stylish apartment proves that good things come in small packages. It's compact, but the design makes the most of the space. The kitchenette has all the essentials to rustle up something small (though it does lack an oven), while the sofa bed offers flexible sleeping arrangements if you're travelling in a group – just keep in mind that it will be close quarters. Location-wise, you'll find an array of shops and eateries in nearby Canal Saint-Martin. Or, if sightseeing is on the agenda, République Station is a short walk away and can connect you to all of Paris with ease.

Home truths
At full occupancy, two people will sleep on the sofa bed. Space will be tight with it in use, so we suggest a maximum guest count of two.
The bedroom is quite compact. The bed is pushed against the wall on one side, making it accessible from only one side.
You won't find an oven here – though there is a hob. We think the kitchen is better suited to prepping lighter bites than large meals.
While there are no in-unit laundry facilities here, you will find a communal laundry room within the building.
Though parking isn't provided, you won't need a car in Paris. There are multiple metro stations within walking distance.

Canal Saint Martin is to Paris what Williamsburg once was to New York or Shoreditch was to London. This part of town still retains a certain grittiness that has been largely lost from the abovementioned counterparts - gentrification is undoubtedly on its way but the area still feels authentic and edgy so get there before this changes!
