With spectacular views over Lake Como and the surrounding mountains, this home is in an extra-special spot. It’s close to Bellano (which boasts one of the best beaches on the lake) and perfectly placed for leisurely days on or around the water. Inside, there’s room for a family or small group to get comfy, with a sofa bed that sleeps two. And outside, the terrace is ideal for breakfast or barbecues while enjoying the scenery. There’s also a shared swimming pool, so you can wake up to a swim or spend afternoons lounging poolside.

Home truths
This home is one of two apartments in the building.
There are six steps leading up to the front door here, as well as steps from the terrace to the pool area. It might not be the best option for those with reduced mobility.
While this home can accommodate two additional guests on the sofa bed in the living area, the maximum occupancy is five guests. At full occupancy, at least one guest will sleep on the sofa bed.
If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair for free. You'll need to request them in advance.
You'll have access to the communal swimming pool here, which is shared with the building's other residents. The pool is unfenced and only available for use between 15th May and 30th September.
There's free parking here for one car, as well as storage space for bikes.
