Perched in Toiny with the Caribbean spread out in front of you, this villa is built around one of the most arresting views on Saint-Barthélemy – the ocean visible from the living room, both bedrooms, and the long pool terrace. Sliding the doors back blurs the line between inside and out, while at dusk the pool glows against the darkening hills in a way that's hard to leave. A shaded rear garden, swept by trade winds, offers a quieter retreat from the sun. Daily housekeeping and a round-the-clock concierge team mean the only decisions are where to eat and when to swim.

Home truths
You'll need a car to get around the island. Toiny is a quiet, residential area and while the beach is within walking distance, shops, restaurants, and the main town are a drive away.
For those with reduced mobility, there's a ground floor bedroom and bathroom here.
Housekeeping is provided daily except on Sundays and public holidays. Towels are swapped every two days and bed linen every three days.
Also included with your stay is a personalised welcome at St-Jean Airport or Gustavia Port.
Your host can provide a cot and high chair for little ones upon request.
