Home truths
There is a separate, self-contained apartment on the lower level of the villa that is occupied by a long-term tenant and is not part of your rental. You won't share any living spaces, but it's worth knowing you won't have the building entirely to yourselves.
Well-behaved pets are welcome to accompany you during your stay.
Your host can provide a cot and high chair for little ones upon request.
Toiny is one of St Barths' more secluded areas – you'll want to rent a car to reach restaurants, beaches, and the main town of Gustavia with ease.
Housekeeping is provided daily except on Sundays and public holidays. Towels are swapped every two days and bed linen every three days.
