Perched high on a hillside between Lorient and Marigot, this villa delivers the kind of Caribbean panorama that makes everything else feel secondary – the bay of Marigot spread across the horizon, visible from the living room, the kitchen, and the bedrooms alike. A teak terrace wraps around a heated pool shaded by architectural arches, with alfresco dining for up to twelve and long views over the water. One bedroom occupies a private bungalow across the deck, adding a sense of seclusion rarely found in a villa built for groups.

Home truths
The villa is set high in Camaruche, so you'll need a car to reach the beaches, shops, and restaurants nearby – even though they're only a few minutes' drive away.
There's a heated outdoor swimming pool here. Pool heating is available between 15th November and 30th April.
The bungalow bedroom is set apart from the main villa – ideal for guests wanting privacy, but worth bearing in mind when planning room assignments for your group.
Housekeeping is provided daily except on Sundays and public holidays. Towels are swapped every two days and bed linen every three days.
Also included with your stay is a personalised welcome at St-Jean Airport or Gustavia Port.
