Home truths
The upper floor has one shared en-suite bathroom between two bedrooms – to reach it from the second bedroom, you'll need to pass through the family suite.
You'll need a car to make the most of your stay here. Siracusa is around a twenty-minute drive, and while the nearest restaurant is a ten-minute walk, most excursions and day trips will require driving.
Due to the architecture of the pool and villa, children will need to be supervised at all times around the water.
Hen and stag parties are strictly not allowed at this home.
For those with reduced mobility, there's a ground floor bedroom and bathroom here.
If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair. You'll need to request them in advance.
A caretaker lives in a separate building approximately 100 metres from the villa and will not disturb your stay.
