Boasting three floors of well-loved living space, this home makes a fantastic family pad. We adore the outdoor spaces here, including a private terrace and a shared garden – both excellent options to enjoy an alfresco drink or two. In the kitchen, you'll find everything you need to rustle up a delicious dinner, while the lounge offers room aplenty to get cosy – there's even a piano if you fancy tickling the ivories. Location-wise, Hampstead has something for everyone. Cafes, independent shops, and gourmet restaurants await in Hampstead Village. Or, head to the Heath for picnics and long walks – it's easily reached on foot.

Local guide
About Hampstead
Hampstead is pretty irresistable. It's not right in the centre of London but it's a real oasis to come back to at the end of a day of hectic sightseeing and there's plenty to explore here in its own right. Your neighbours will be a mix of affluent intellectual types: London's top psychiatrists, book publishers, writers etc. They are attracted by Hampstead's village atmosphere, vast array of characterful period houses, independent shops and restaurants and, last but by no means least, the delights of the vast green expanses of Hampstead Heath, with its much-loved wild swimming ponds.
