Do you have a question about this home or the local area?
You'll find this family pad moments from the leafy Queen's Park and only a short walk from the neighbourhood's independent cafes and local boutiques. With easy access to central London via the nearby Bakerloo line and Overground, it's an enviable base – and the house itself doesn't disappoint, either. Our favourite room is the eat-in kitchen, where family dinners will surely be on the cards. It's truly the heart of the home, and the Crittall-style windows lead onto a small garden – ideal for sipping sundowners and shooting hoops. Factor in the trio of bedrooms and bathrooms (including two with lush soaker tubs), and it's no surprise it caught our eye.

About Kilburn
Busy and bustling Kilburn High Road is the central artery of an area whose down-to-earth-character continues to serve its long-standing Irish and Caribbean communities well. Kilburn still has something raw and real about it and it’s a great part of town to stay in if you want to experience authentic multicultural London. It’s incredibly diverse ethnically but has also recently become popular with young families attracted by the leafy streets...
