Just a fifteen-minute walk from the historic centre of Antibes, this fuss-free apartment may lack some essentials, but it makes an excellent base for exploring the French Riviera. It's easy to get around the area by public transport (especially with the train station just around the corner), but if you're travelling by car, the private underground parking at this home is ideal. Although the balcony is a little too close to the shared pool to be considered truly private, the barbecue and alfresco table are great for evening meals with the family – and little ones will love having a pool on their doorstep.

You won't find any basic essentials here like coffee, soap, or washing products, so we'd recommend packing some bits and bobs to get you started. The nearest supermarket is a ten-minute walk away.
You'll have access to the on-site swimming pool here. It's open from 9am to 9pm in the summer season and is shared with the building's other residents.
There's limited space in the second bedroom, so it's probably better suited to two children than two adults.
The balcony and part of the living space are visible from the shared pool, so it might not be ideal if you prefer more privacy.
At full occupancy, one guest will sleep on a sofa bed in the living area.
