Sitting on the water’s edge of a private estate, this contemporary home makes the perfect setting for a lakeside retreat. Spread across three floors, the rooms have been thoughtfully curated for large groups in search of ease, comfort and plenty of space to socialise. There is a wood-burning fire, a balcony and a decked terrace with a barbecue – making it easy to sit back and admire the views. You can also enjoy access to the on-site shared swimming pool, spa, gym and tennis courts. And for explorations further afield, it’s just a short drive to Cirencester, Stroud and Burford.

This home is located within a private water park – the outdoor swimming pool, gym, sauna and tennis courts are shared with the neighbouring guests.
Guests receive complimentary access to the spa with two passes included in your stay (for all guests). Please note pre-booking is required to use the spa.
Please note the bunk beds in the sixth bedroom are only suitable for children up to the age of 13.
If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a travel cot and a high chair for free on request. Please bring your own linen for the cot.
Children and pets will need to be supervised on the terrace at all times.
