The neighbourhood is lively well into the night, particularly at weekends, with bars and restaurants on the doorstep. It's a big part of the area's charm, but if you're a light sleeper, consider bringing earplugs.
If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and a high chair. Ask in advance to make sure everything is ready on arrival.
Air conditioning is available in the living room. Some guests have found the bedrooms warm in summer, so it's worth opening windows or asking your host about fans if you're visiting in the warmer months.
The apartment is in a pedestrianised street that cars can't access, so you'll need to park elsewhere and walk with your luggage. Parking can be a ten-minute walk away, and spots can be hard to find at weekends, so we recommend arriving without a car if you can.
