You'll find this cottage tucked away in the Forest of Dean, just a mile or so from the ancient village of Littledean. With a blooming garden and scenic views on your doorstep, it's hard not to fall in love with the setting. This is a real home family designed with the whole brood in mind. A games room and outdoor rope swing will entertain the little ones, while grown-ups will appreciate the traditional character and cosy fireplaces. Two well-behaved pets are welcome to tag along, too. We think it ticks all the boxes and then some.

Originally a medieval hunting ground for Henry VIII, the forest boasts a rich and varied history, sourcing timber for Tudor warships and housing iron and coal mines in Victorian times. Today, the forest is back to its natural state, a lush and peaceful adventure...
