A short stroll from Swanage Beachfront, this home is an excellent choice for family gatherings. The location is perfect for exploring on foot – pubs, eateries, shops, and seaside walks are within easy reach. Back home, you'll find five comfortable bedrooms, though some have limited headroom due to sloped ceilings. The bathrooms are also a tad snug for taller guests. That said, there's a bright first-floor living area where everyone can chill out together, as well as a ground-floor main suite with its own small patio. Two pups are also welcome to tag along – now that's coastal fun for the whole family.

Home truths

    Two well-behaved dogs are welcome here, though they'll need to be exercised away from the home – the Downs are a two-minute walk away.

    We recommend a maximum of eight adults and two children, as some of the rooms are snug.

    While there's a ground-floor bedroom and bathroom here, the living area and kitchen are on the first level. The home is also on a slight incline.

    Please note that the en-suite bathroom is under the stairs and has limited ceiling height that may not suit taller guests. The top-floor twin bedrooms and bathroom also have sloped ceilings and limited headroom.

    Your host provides a cot, high chair, and stair gates upon request.

    There isn't enough outside space for everyone to sit and gather together.
