This converted barn packs a real punch. You'll find it nestled among the rolling hills in the High Weald AONB, just a stone's throw from Rye, Iden, and the Kent coastline. We love the garden, where you can unwind with a tipple and admire the scenery. Feeling sporty? The shared tennis courts are ideal for a mid-afternoon game. Inside, the design is contemporary, cosy, and just the right amount of quirky. The purple banquette is perfect for breakfasts, while evenings are best spent curled up with a book in one of the squishy armchairs. You’ll feel right at home here.

Home truths
If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot, high chair, and stairgate upon request.
You're welcome to use the two on-site tennis courts, which are shared with a neighbouring cottage. You'll need to bring your own tennis rackets and balls.
The main bedroom suite is on the ground floor, though it only has a bath. The shower is located upstairs.
While we love the scenery from the garden, the outdoor chairs could do with freshening up.
