This modern apartment is the perfect size for two, making it an ideal base for a romantic getaway in Somerset. Although there may not be much that is memorable about the interiors, this home is all about its location – just a ten-minute walk from the centre of Taunton along the River Tone. You'll enjoy peaceful views over the river and surrounding greenery from the bedroom and living space, but you're still well-connected to handy amenities – there's a supermarket a short walk away. However, if you're planning on cooking at home, we'd recommend grabbing ingredients from the Farmers' Market, held every Thursday.
