The owner's relatives were sharecroppers, and what once was a farmhouse is now a contemporary sanctuary steeped in character and charm. Our favourite spot is the grand living area – with its wooden beams, large windows and breezy layout, it's the perfect place to come together. The garden boasts even more spots for unwinding, as well as a private pool with views of the surrounding hills. Whether you're splashing in the water, dining alfresco, or taking a day trip to nearby Lucca, we think this home offers the perfect backdrop for your stay.
