Perched along the coastal path with sweeping views over Whitesands Bay, this barn conversion is a peaceful seaside escape. The upside-down layout makes the most of the scenery – and when you’re relaxing upstairs in the open-plan living space you can gaze through the wide windows to sea views. The decor is simple and comfortable, with everything you need for a fuss-free stay. Just note that there are stairs to get about, so it may not suit everyone. For walkers and ocean lovers, though, the location is hard to beat.
