This cosy apartment is a delightful find. The heart of the home is the open-plan living area, where you can entertain friends or unwind with a book after a busy day. It's on the lower ground floor, so though it may lack natural light, you'll gain access to a rear patio that's perfect for sundowners. Location-wise, an array of transport options are within walking distance, including bus stops, two Tube stations, and Paddington train station. Or, you can venture out on foot and enjoy a leisurely stroll along Regent's Canal.

About Maida Vale
Leafy Maida Vale is one of London's most sought-after residential areas and for good reason. If you sidestep the tourists posing for photos on the zebra crossing made famous by that Beatles cover, you’ll quickly find what makes this part of town quite so special. Home to beautiful streets of white stucco houses, the very instagrammable canals of Little Venice, and lots of interesting places to eat and drink, Maida Vale residents certainly know how to live well. The BBC's Maida Vale studios means that many residents are bigwigs in the music and creative industries.
