Nestled in Miami's oldest neighbourhood, Coconut Grove, this charming Florida cottage is all lush greenery, sunshine and classic character. Inside, it’s bright and inviting, with a kitchen for relaxed cooking and a separate dining room for memorable meals. The living area looks out onto the private pool, perfect for a splash before sunset drinks. There’s plenty of room to unwind outdoors, with dining and lounging space under the palms. A separate pool house with its own bed, sofa bed and bathroom offers extra privacy for guests. You’ll need a car to explore Miami’s hotspots, but with vibrant dining, shopping, and waterfront parks nearby, it’s more than worth it.

Home truths
The main house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. There's also a separate pool house with a bed, a sofa bed for the ninth and tenth guests, and a private bathroom.
The swimming pool isn't fenced. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times. It isn't heated, but Florida's climate means the water stays quite warm year-round.
Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. There’s free parking for up to four cars on the driveway.
The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
While linens and towels are provided, this does not include washcloths or kitchen towels (stupid detail, but we get a lot of guest complaints about this)
