Offering sweeping views, characterful interiors, and a scenic location by the sea, this ground-floor apartment is a true classic. It's traditional in every sense. Sure, it's slightly dated (particularly the wetroom-style bathrooms), but that's all part of the charm. Outside, a communal garden is perfect for unwinding in the sunshine. There's also a shared pool when you fancy a dip. When you're ready to venture out, Castiglioncello is a short drive away. For a day at the beach, head to nearby Rosignano Solvay – it's just 3 kilometres away.

Home truths
One well-behaved dog is welcome to accompany you during your stay.
The traditional decor here might not be to everyone's taste. It feels a little dated in parts.
The showers in the bathrooms are designed like a wetroom. There isn't a proper shower stall – just a curtain – so the floor can get slippery.
This is a ground-floor apartment with a private entrance. Please note that the owner lives in the same building.
You'll have access to the unfenced garden and communal swimming pool here. They're shared with the building's other residents. The pool is open from 1st June to 15th October.
We suggest hiring a car in this location. Parking is available on the premises.
