You'd be hard-pressed to find a better location than this central Rome apartment. The must-sees of Via Veneto, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, and Villa Borghese are all just minutes away on foot. Set on the top floor of a historic building, your host has gone above and beyond to ensure you'll have everything you need to settle in. Expect designer details like Italian baths and artisan lamps, antique furniture, and original oil paintings. If you're a full house, it's worth noting that two guests will be sleeping on the sofa bed in the living area. Three guests will also share one of the bedrooms, featuring a king-sized bed and a single bed. While this won't suit everyone, we think it could work out great for sharing with family or close friends.

Home truths

At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area, and three guests will share one of the bedrooms, which features a king-sized bed and a single bed.

A cot and high chair are available for little ones on request.

The dining table in the photo is set for eight guests. We think you could just about fit nine guests, but it could be a squeeze.

Kitchen and bathroom essentials are provided to help you settle in. This includes slippers, a bottle of wine, a bottle of water, tea, biscuits, Italian espresso capsules, laundry and dish washing detergents, and hair dryers in each bathroom.

There’s a dedicated desk space for anyone planning to work remotely.

Please note that there are external cameras here for the security of the guests.

The third bathroom is up a flight of six stairs and has a small gate for children.

About Pincio & Villa Borghese

Just to the north-east of the tourists of Spagna, Pincio and Villa Borghese offer welcome respite from the masses. The affluent neighbourhood revolves around the enormous Borghese Gardens, with elegant landscaping influenced by the English countryside, and more and more Romans are choosing the spacious streets (with plenty of onstreet parking) over the cobbled alleys of the city centre. Whilst it may lack the concentration of ancient architecture, Pincio is...
