In the rolling hills outside of Lucca’s historic city walls, this Italian getaway is full of charm. The farmhouse, originally a church, has been beautifully renovated, turned into an elegant home-from-home perfect for two. A spiral staircase leads to the wood-beamed bedroom, which is partly open to the floor below, where you’ll find an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen space. The wrap-around garden is peaceful and pretty, with a wisteria-draped gazebo for romantic dinners. There’s also a Jacuzzi to take your vacation relaxation to the next level.
