Inside, the rooms are simple and well equipped with all the essentials you could need to settle in and unwind. You will need a car to get around here, but it’s just a short drive to the centre of Casale Marittimo and Bolgheri.

Please note the terrace, garden and swimming pool are shared with five other apartments. It’s also worth noting the swimming pool is only available for use between 1st May and 15th October.
The apartment is on the first floor and is accessible via stairs only.
At full occupancy, one guest will be sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room.
If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair on request.
Two well behaved dogs are welcome to join you here.
