This family-friendly villa is nestled in a quiet residential area just a short drive from the beaches of Grimaud and Saint Tropez. The highlight of the home is undoubtedly the sun-soaked terrace, where you can unwind on the sun loungers or in the pool. The terrace doors can be fully opened to bring the sun into the living space, which offers comfortable, rustic-style furnishings. The kitchen might feel a little characterless in comparison to the rest of the home, but it's got everything you need to make meals – plus, there's a barbecue on the terrace. You're a short drive from the picturesque hilltop village of Gassin, but equally close is Azur Park, an attraction for younger guests.

Home truths
Although this home has ground-floor bedrooms suitable for guests with reduced mobility, you should take care on the terrace as there are steps.
If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot for free on request.
The swimming pool is in use between 1st May and 30th September. It's not fenced, so do make sure little ones are supervised.
The ground-floor shower room also doubles as the laundry room.
Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay – there's parking space for up to three cars.
