Elegant and refined, this apartment is a splendid base for five in Paris. It’s perfectly positioned in the 9th arrondissement, close to the iconic Galeries Lafayette Haussmann and with plenty of eateries nearby. There are excellent transport links from several nearby metro stations, so exploring Paris is a breeze. The apartment boasts classic Haussmannian style – it’s a bright and attractive space to call home. We love the living and dining space, with its beautiful fireplace and home library.

Parking in Paris can be tricky so we recommend sticking to the easily accessible public transport system – Place de Clichy metro station is a short walk away.
This is a lived-in home so you should expect to find the homeowner’s belongings throughout.
The WC is separate from the bathrooms. While it hasn’t been photographed, we expect the style and standard to be consistent with the rest of the home.
Bedroom two is equipped with a single bed with a single pull-out trundle bed beneath it.
You’ll be required to sign a digital rental agreement from the host prior to your stay for security and insurance purposes. Your host will send this to you after your booking is confirmed.
Please note that renovation work is currently taking place in the building's common areas, particularly in the courtyard, and that scaffolding is in place, including a platform with stairs that you'll have to cross.
