Perched on a hillside above the Aegean, this villa in Evia is built around the view and the water below it. The infinity pool terrace draws you out from the moment you arrive – sunbeds, a shaded cabana, and the sea laid out ahead. Come evening, the alfresco dining terrace comes into its own, with built-in sofas and a barbecue for long meals under the open sky. The shore is roughly 30 metres away, so beach days are effortless, while the clean-lined, minimal interior offers a calm retreat when the afternoon heat calls for it.
