Surrounded by serene countryside, this home is perfectly positioned for a relaxing break. Start your day with a dip in the plunge pool, before coffee and pastries on the patio, served with a side of sweeping scenery. It’s comfortable for a family or group of friends, although you’ll lose out on living space when the sofa bed is set up. But it’s the location that we love most here. You’ll be less than an hour’s drive to Florence (for Renaissance art and architecture), and close to Borgo San Lorenzo with its pretty Romanesque church and many museums.

This home is set across two floors, so it might not be the best option for those with reduced mobility.
