You’ll find this modern pad on the ground floor of a townhouse in Richmond Hill. Comfortable for a family or group of friends, it’s worth noting that as a party of five, the trundle bed in the second bedroom will be in use, which does restrict space somewhat. Still, it’s a small price to pay for the location, along with the bonus of driveway parking and a large, shared garden. Locally, you can enjoy riverside restaurants, shops, cafes, and theatres, or hop on the Tube or train to reach central London in less than thirty minutes.
