You'll find this Kennington townhome just a fifteen-minute walk from The Oval. Even if you're not in town for cricket, the Tube is only a short walk away and connects you with London's many hotspots. Back home, the design merges contemporary features with traditional charm. There's plenty of space to unwind in the lounge, while the kitchen is fitted with all the must-haves. Each room is bright and relatively roomy, though we think the fourth is a better fit for children. Outside, a private garden is ideal for relaxing in the fresh air.

Kennington is one of London's best kept secrets. It's famously home to the major cricket ground The Oval, but we're more interested in its Georgian architecture (check out the charming Cleaver Square, where you'll find locals playing boules and a cosy pub) and proximity to the cultural delights of the nearby South Bank.
