Home truths

This is an older home, expect to see some wear and tear as well as minding your step as the floor creaks.

At full occupancy, two guests will be sleeping on the sofa bed in the living area.

Given the home's central spot, expect to hear some street noise throughout your stay.

As is common in France, the toilet is separate from the bathroom.

We've had comments that the hot water is temperamental, expect to wait for the hot water to heat up and for short showers.

You won't find an oven here – though there is a hob. We think the kitchen is better suited to prepping lighter bites than large meals.

Although there's bed space for fourteen people here, there are only eight seats at the dining table.

There are seven steps leading up the lift in this building.
