A fifteen-minute walk from the Eiffel Tower, this apartment puts you smack dab in the heart of Paris. Sightseeing is a given here, but there are plenty of shops, restaurants, and bars nearby where you can soak up the atmosphere. Back home, the living space allows you to relax in style. There's also a compact but well-appointed kitchen, a collection of cosy bedrooms, and two sleek bathrooms plus a separate WC. We love the quintessential Parisian touches, too – from modern versions of Monet's water lilies to ornate cornices. We think you'll settle in nicely here.

This apartment is on the ground floor, but there are about ten steps to reach the front door.
As is common in France, the toilet is separate from both bathrooms, including the en-suite.
Though there's a lift in the building, this apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Please note that there’s a water-filled basin fountain in the common area of the building so bear this in mind whilst supervising little ones.
