Do you have a question about this home or the local area?
Set in Salamanca’s Goya neighbourhood, this Spanish pad places Madrid’s must-sees at your fingertips. We love the space this home offers, making it a comfortable choice for families and friends alike. Added to the internal space, there’s the bonus of a balcony too – and while the views are of neighbouring buildings, it’s still a nice spot for sipping sangria in the sun. Close by you’ll find El Retiro Park, Plaza de Cibeles and the Museo de Ciencias Naturales, so however you like to spend your days, there’s something for everyone.

Home truths
The en-suite is separated from the main bedroom via a glass wall, limiting privacy.
The bedroom curtains here don't fully block out the sunlight. If you hope to enjoy a lie-in, you might want to pack an eye mask.
This apartment overlooks neighbouring buildings, so the views aren't the most inspiring.
Since the photoshoot, there may be minor differences between the photos and what's in the apartment, as part of the host's home upkeep.
Parking in Madrid can be tricky, so we recommend using public transport where possible.

Local guide
About Salamanca
Salamanca is Madrid’s most glamorous and prestigious quarter. Usually associated with aristocratic façades, wide avenues, and luxurious living (atypical for Madrid’s cosy centre), the neighbourhood attracts domestic and international elite. It’s also home to many embassies and private schools, as well as niche museums and designer boutiques along its ‘Golden Mile’. The demanding clientele has made the food scene equally exclusive, but while you’re likely to find quite a few Michelin-star restaurants in the area, there are lots of relaxed tapas bars for those less willing to splash the cash.
