The laundry room is not inside the apartment – it's a shared space elsewhere in the building, so you'll need to head downstairs to do a wash.
The building pool and gym are a great bonus, but they don't run year-round and may have set opening hours – it's worth checking with your host before your stay if you're planning to use them.
At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area.
The apartment is 47 sqm, so it's a compact base for two – cosy enough, but if you're a group of four using the sofa bed in the living room, space will be snug.
