Set near the water’s edge on Hayling Island, this contemporary home really makes the most of its picturesque position. The house has an upside-down layout, with the bedrooms on a lower floor and the living space upstairs, ensuring extra-special views from the sofa. We love the garden, which has plenty of room to relax in the fresh sea air, and the covered balcony, where you can enjoy the view even when it rains. The island itself is a true holiday haven, with unspoilt beaches, scenic cycle trails, and a kid-friendly amusement park. Little ones will also like this home’s hidden playroom and bunk bed slide – but guests of all ages will love this coastal gem.
