Do you have a question about this home or the local area?
Situated in swanky Mayfair, this house couldn't be better located. Designer shops, expansive parks, and trendy eateries are a five-minute stroll away – as is a Tube station for easy connections across London. After exploring the local neighbourhood or strolling through Hyde Park (five minutes away), unwind in the two living areas. One has a sofa bed for guests five and six, and the other leads onto the sleek kitchen where you can rustle up meals at home. There's only one bathroom, but considering its prime location in one of London's most exclusive locales, we'll take it.

About Mayfair
Mayfair needs no introduction - it is quite simply the epicentre of luxury London, the place to satisfy the most extravagant tastes in food, fashion, jewellery and art. Home to Bond Street, Savile Row, and Cork Street, Mayfair is stuffed full of history and monopoly players will know that real estate doesn't come cheap here. Once you've shopped til you drop, we recommend a lavish afternoon tea: will it be Claridge's, Fortnum & Masons or The Ritz? Take your pick.
