Nestled in the Sussex countryside, this 16th-century farmhouse boasts a sunny conservatory, a hot tub, and a private outdoor pool – a rare find for homes in this area. While it’s well set up for a family getaway, groups are not allowed here. The home comprises a main house and a separate annexe – with a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and living area – rented as one. The main kitchen has everything you’ll need to whip up a family feast, or if you want a night off catering duties, your host can arrange for a private chef to cook for you in the home. Location-wise, you’ll find historic Chichester and the nearest beach both a five-minute drive away.

The swimming pool is only available for use between 1st April and 30th October. The pool and hot tub aren’t fenced, so little ones will need to be supervised.
Your host can provide a cot, high chair, fireplace guards, and safety gates for free. You'll need to request them in advance.
Guests are asked to keep noise to a minimum between 9pm and 8am. A noise monitor is located on the fence line opposite the conservatory.
