This peaceful village cottage puts everything within reach — the beach is a five-minute stroll, nature trails start from the front door, and Brighton’s buzz is just down the road. Spend the day exploring local bakeries, pubs and sea-view cafés, or head into the South Downs for countryside walks and windmill views. Back at home, unwind in the light-filled lounge, prep dinner in the well-stocked kitchen, or soak up the last of the sun on the private terrace. It’s a stay that’s simple, thoughtful, and ideally placed for a proper change of pace.

Home truths
This home is next to a lively pub garden. A lovely atmosphere, but it can be busier (and a bit noisier) on sunny days. The pub’s owners are respectful of their neighbours and are careful not to be too noisy, with a strict 10pm curfew in place.
Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. Parking is not available directly outside, but there's free street parking in the surrounding area or pay-and-display locally.
