Only a short walk from Little Venice, this lower-level apartment is ideal for families. Not only will you have a private terrace here, but you'll also enjoy access to one of the largest communal gardens in London – both ideal options for relaxing in the sunshine. The design inside is modern (albeit slightly dated), but it's bright and packed with all the must-haves – a sleek kitchen, two comfortable bedrooms, and even a piano if you're musically inclined. Plus, with Warwick Avenue five minutes away on foot, you'll be well-connected to the rest of the capital.

About Maida Vale
Leafy Maida Vale is one of London's most sought-after residential areas and for good reason. If you sidestep the tourists posing for photos on the zebra crossing made famous by that Beatles cover, you’ll quickly find what makes this part of town quite so special. Home to beautiful streets of white stucco houses, the very instagrammable canals of Little Venice, and lots of interesting places to eat and drink, Maida Vale residents certainly know how to live well. The BBC's Maida Vale studios means that many residents are bigwigs in the music and creative industries.
