The home offers views over the green and surrounding mountains, and features a firepit that's perfect for nights spent stargazing. The pool is another standout feature, with its built-in sunloungers and in-pool bar. At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the single futon beds in the sun room.
You'll have access to the on-site shared swimming pool, hot tub, gym, BBQ, and Bocce ball court. They're shared with the community's other residents. On-site, there is also Ernie's Bar and Grill and the public clubhouse.
While the WC isn’t photographed, expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home.
One of the en-suite bedrooms is in a separate studio, steps from the main house.
The swimming pool isn't fenced. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times.
