Situated in the Tonka Vista neighbourhood on the outskirts of Phoenix, this home is in a prime spot for both city living and outdoor adventures. You can drive to Downtown Phoenix in just fifteen minutes, while the nearby Phoenix Mountains Preserve is a haven for hiking and mountain biking. However you spend your time here, be sure to set aside an afternoon to spend by the pool (it’s the place to be in the desert heat). There’s a private putting green and games room too, providing plenty to keep all ages entertained.
