Perfect for families, this sprawling home puts leafy London Fields right on your doorstep. Not only that, but you'll find an award-winning bakery, two Overground stations, and Hackney's array of shops and restaurants within walking distance, too. There's plenty of room to stretch out since it's spread over four floors. The lounge has movie nights in mind, the kitchen was made for family dinners, and there's even a patio out back where you can enjoy the sunshine. Just note that two friendly cats come with the home, so it's a better fit for animal lovers.

Home truths

This home is spread across four levels. The small stairs into the kitchen don't have a handrail.

You'll have access to all areas of this home, apart from a study which will be locked.

We think the patio looks a little tired and could do with a spruce up.

Two lovely cats come with the home. A cat feeder will come in twice a day to feed them, unless guests specify they are happy to do so – some short instructions will be left for their care.

You’ll be required to sign a digital rental agreement from the host prior to your stay for security and insurance purposes. This will be sent after your booking is confirmed.

The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.

This is a lived-in home, which we think adds to the charm. Expect some of the host's personal belongings to be present during your stay.

Local guide

About London Fields

Less raucous than neighbouring Dalston and less family-oriented than Stoke Newington, if this corner of Hackney has a defining characteristic it’s the streetlife. Maybe it's the influence of the area’s large and ever-growing Italian community — with tables and chairs lining the Broadway Market thoroughfare, cocktails and cabaret seating outside railway arches and picnickers in the park in all weathers. The park is also home to the London Fields Lido - London's only 50-metre heated outdoor pool, open whatever the weather. Dive in and join the hardy regulars who swim all year round!
